UW heaven? I am confused about this statement.
Isnt UW (Underworld otherwise known as Hell) the Realm of Grenth? and how would "Heaven" be related to UW? unless the OP means that the kittens with halos there drop ecto when you kick them hard enough...

In any case, dont character's souls travel to the Mist escorted by envoys of the dead when they eventually die? Does a heaven exist in the current GW lore?

Well, isn't UW just a place for the dead to go. It isn't Hell or Heaven, just a resting place for the dead IMO.
But yeah, I'm almost sure that there will be more elite places to go. Gotta be..
